Canvas
My preferred supplier for stretched canvas prints is Canvart – check out their website through my links page! Canvas prints are produced using a colour managed process, printing onto archival quality canvas, a heavy weight (typically 430gsm) blend of natural cotton and polyester. UV-stable pigment inks are used, and once printed the canvas is then laminated to provide even more protection.
Border types (canvas only)
Full wrap: This is the standard option, where the picture is wrapped around sides of frame
Black edge: The wrap around the frame edges is black – suits darker, low-key images
White edge: The wrap around the frame edges is white – suits lighter, high-key images
Digital prints
These prints are great for mounting in a frame of your choice, allowing you to perfectly match the image to its surroundings. Digital prints are made onto archival quality paper to ensure a good, lasting finish. Normally produced with a white border, to allow easy framing.
Limited edition prints
Prints are supplied as limited editions, with a run of only 50 copies, unless stated otherwise. Please note that Myles Andrews Photography reserves the right to publish limited edition images in electronic format or in advertising/ promotional material, in addition to limited print runs.
